Sale Items

Please note that sale items or purchases made during sale periods are not eligible for refunds or returns for change of mind. However, if the item arrives damaged or broken, we will be happy to offer an exchange or replacement.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Verification
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and verify the issue. If the product is confirmed to be broken or damaged, we will provide further instructions for returning or exchanging the item.

3. Return Authorisation
For approved returns and exchanges, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions. If applicable, we will also supply a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns for change of mind.
• Refunds are not available for sale items, but replacements will be offered if the item is damaged or faulty.
